Cook Time: 45 Minutes

Makes 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • ½ bottle of Pallotta Hot Fire Hot sauce
  • 2 lbs of chicken wings (about 30 wings)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. Put the over to a low broil
  2. In a bowl, mix the wings with the garlic, black pepper, salt and olive oil. Be sure to mix thoroughly until every wing is coated with the rub mixture
  3. Place the wings on a baking sheet and place on the top rack. Broil each side until the wings begin to brown, about 10 minutes per side (or to your liking).
  4. Once both sides are brown, put the baking sheet to the lower oven rack and cook the chicken wings through for another 10 minutes per side.
  5. Once cooked, take the wings out of the oven and place into a bowl. Stir in the Pallotta Hot Fire Hot sauce until the wings are coated.
  6. Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing
