  • 5 pound pork shoulder (bone in)
  • 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
  • 1 finely chopped onion

  4. Set the crock pot or slow cooker to low and let sit for 8 hours
  5. Once the pork is done cooking remove the bone and shred the meat the let simmer in the juices for 1 hour
  6. Once done remove the juice from the crock pot or slow cooker and stir in the Pallotta Hot Original Pepper Sauce
    1. if you like you may leave the juice and instead drizzle Pallotta Hot Original Pepper Sauce over the pulled pork once it is in the burrito
  1. Place the tortilla shells in the microwave for 20 seconds to heat and soften
  2. Fill the burrito with the pulled pork, roll the burrito to both ends so the ends of the tortilla stick together, enjoy
