Using fresh pineapples our Pineapple Jalapeno pepper sauce adds a tropical aroma and sweet savory flavor to any dish. A medium heat pepper sauce, the earthy flavor of the jalapeno pairs well with the sweet fruitiness of the pineapple. A Pallotta Hot favorite.
Pairs best with eggs, chicken, salmon and other fish, ribs, pulled pork and ham. Also use as a dipping sauce for chicken fingers and even use as a dessert topping over ice cream, cupcakes, pancakes or waffles.

This is one of my most favorite hot sauces. Bought it at the DC Food Show. Not too much heat and the pineapple flavor is over the top. I do like a really hot sauce on certain things, but this one has just enough mellow to allow the flavor of the food to come through. Try it…. especially if you are a newbie!

Best. Pineapple. Sauce. Ever. I cant say enough good things about Nick, his wife, and his kids! It’s nice to support a great family that just wants to give the world outstanding hot sauces. The Habanero Fire is perfect on eggs, steak, really anything. The Louisiana Style is amazing on wings and chicken, and the Jalapeno Lime I use as salad dressing. Do yourself a favor and order some. You won’t regret and they will be staples in your household!

Overall good quality, but this hot sauces’ consistency almost seamed more like a salsa. I was expecting a much more different product then what i received.. this hot sauce was more like mild then medium in my opinion. If you are looking for more heat then i would try one of their different sauces. but overall i am not disappointed with the hot sauce or the company’s fulfillment in my order. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry you were not 100% satisfied with the Pineapple Jalapeno sauce. It is generally difficult for any hot sauce company to classify sauces with a heat rating as everyone has a different palette. We have gotten feedback in the past that some feel this sauce has too much heat, and some, just the right amount. I have considered increasing the heat a level however we have found about 9 out of 10 people who try it love this sauce as is so I’ve decided not to alter the recipe. I will be coming out with another fruit based sauce next year as well as a ghost pepper sauce soon. Although not a salsa (typical salsa’s will not pour out of a 5oz hot sauce), my sauces are generally a little thicker than the typical hot sauce. Please feel free to ask away if you have any other questions or concerns.

I wish I could give this one more stars!!! Seriously, it’s that good. The perfect combination of sweet and heat in one bottle. The flavor and aroma is out of this world and I was definitely feeling my lips burn after a few minutes. I’m blown away by how fresh and delicious all these sauces are.
