Because we put every ounce of dedication in offering you a truly great, gourmet sauce, your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If for whatever reason you are not 100% satisfied with your sauce, please fill out the form on our contact page, or email us at pallottahot@gmail.com with your concern and we will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Because of you Pallotta Hot hot pepper sauce would not be where it is today so we will work diligently and do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your sauce.

  • Returns and Exchanges

Exchanges – If in the event you ordered the wrong sauce, or would like to make an exchange, please contact us via our contact page or shoot us an email a pallottahot@gmail.com within 10 days of the purchase and let us know the reason for the exchange, return the unopened bottle back to us and let us know what you would like as a replacement. Please understand in the event of an exchange the customer will be responsible for the shipping charge.

Returns – If you are not 100% satisfied with your sauce, please contact us via our contact page or shoot us an email a pallottahot@gmail.com within 10 days of the purchase. We will do whatever if takes to make the situation right, be it an exchange or a full refund.

  • Shipping

We offer a flat rate shipping charge of $6.00 per order and currently ship within the USA only. Shipments are typically via UPS ground. International shipping will be available soon.
